Hearthstone is a fast-paced and eclectic game that is never short on content for its community. As such, the game’s homepage needed a refresh that showcased upcoming game features prominently while also providing an evergreen overview for new players to the game.

• How can we deliver web content that supports these initiatives and encourages players to connect with the game in new ways?

The existing homepage design was beautiful but lacked the real estate to showcase multiple features at a time. Our goal was to make the homepage more lively and evergreen, while also providing prominent spaces to showcase new and upcoming content. From a visual standpoint, we leaned into the animated and colorful nature of Hearthstone to make the website feel more connected to the game.
